Project controlling for the tenant Deutsche Bank AG – in the form of consultancy, project management and quality audits
Deutsche Bank AG had a new-build complex erected in Frankfurt with three high-rises for 1,000 traders and an additional 2,800 work stations. Alongside high working environment, ITC and fire protection standards, non-interrupted power supplies all year round had to be guaranteed. CANZLER was responsible in the tenant’s project management office for coordinating and QA of the technical equipment as well as the provisions for supply security. Despite several considerable changes to the program, the complex was completed in time with all the standards required in place.
