Project management and coordination of modernization, relocation and repair measures due to the leasing of office space in an office complex
Deutsche Telekom AG planned to partially lease office and server room space at its Leinfelden-Echterdingen location due to staff reductions and the introduction of desk sharing. CANZLER managed and coordinated the modernization, relocation and repair measures in the course of the lease termination and the modernization of the office space still in use. The office space leased by DTAG was modernized during ongoing operations and designed for desk-sharing use. Server and IT technology areas around the basement were structurally consolidated (new building), thereby optimizing security of supply. The kitchen floor of the commercial kitchen was renovated and interim catering was organized. During the process, CANZLER also moderated negotiations and coordination with the works council and between the various business units of DTAG and the general contractor.
