Halle an der Saale

Residential and commercial development "Kellnerblock

Structural design LPH 1-8 of five real divisible residential buildings in three building volumes
The newly created "Halle-Spitze" development area borders on the city centre of Halle an der Saale. The new construction of the "Kellnerblock" forms the conclusion of the urban development axis with residential buildings, an administration building for the MDR (German Broadcasting Corporation) and a concert and event forum. The U-shaped residential and commercial building consists of five real divisible buildings, which are divided into three substructures. The ground floor is designed for commercial use by retailers. In the upper floors, which are accessible from the courtyard, office and residential use can be varied. The green inner courtyard with playground is available to the residents of the block as a semi-private outdoor space. All apartments have loggias or conservatories.
