Highlight Towers

The building complex in North Munich stands out for its composite steel frame, which enables such slender high-rises (only 13.50m deep). The overall ensemble consists of two high-rises for offices with 32 and 27 stories respectively, supplemented by a 5-story office building and a 200-bed hotel. CANZLER handled tasks for cross-trades project controlling and QA for the complete technical equipment. After turnkey of the properties, CANZLER consulted on rental and leasing as well as planning tenant fit-out. Moreover, CANZLER supported the warranty assurance process and prepared documentation for the existing properties as substitutes.
