Project and quality management for site consolidation of the customer service centers of Deutsche Telekom AG
Deutsche Telekom AG operated service centers for private and business customers with different workplace layouts at more than 100 locations throughout Germany. In order to ensure efficient site management at all locations, areas at 49 locations were converted with the aim of optimally supporting the respective work processes with an ergonomic workstation concept. The focus was on a uniform design, a well thought-out design of the working environments as well as on technical availability and security of supply. Existing Group specifications were integrated into the concept. CANZLER supported in the core team of Deutsche Telekom the construction management department in the preparation, implementation and control of the measure. In addition to the central project management function, CANZLER also provided strategic support to the project team to optimize internal processes. For this purpose CANZLER installed a central project and quality management for controlling and monitoring all participants.
