The Building Energy Act (GEG) requires the majority of existing buildings in Germany to be refurbished, as the heating of buildings should be climate-neutral in the future. There are minimum requirements, refurbishment deadlines and also funding opportunities. In view of this complexity, many property owners and system operators are asking themselves the question of feasibility and cost-effectiveness. The seminar shows both the requirements and possible solutions. We also present an overview of the funding options.

  • Hydraulic balancing with the IMI Heimeier "EasyPlan" software.
  • Proof of hydronic balancing in accordance with VdZ procedure B, including the necessary documentation.
