KGAL - Purchase checks (TDD Quick Check)

To obtain planning and cost certainty, KGAL Investment Ma­nage­ment GmbH & Co wanted to have two properties inspected by means of a Technical Due Diligence (TDD Quick Check) before purchasing them. CANZLER clarified the structural and technical condition of the properties based on the documents provided and on site visits. In addition, existing expert inspection reports and maintenance records were checked for completeness, and the processing status of the listed deficiencies was compared in interviews with the operator's personnel. The results of the investigations were summarized in a final report in which the necessary measures were divided into short-, medium- and long-term investments and, if necessary, supplemented by recommendations for further/deeper investigations.
