Hotel Ketschauer Hof
Modernization and conversion of the technical equipment for an ensemble of historical building harmonizing the architecture and heritage listing requirements
The Baroque manor house Ketschauer Hof was the seat of the von Ketschau family and was built by the aristocrats in 1770. After extensive modernization and conversion, the representative vineyards and building, with Baroque and Late Classicist motives is now home to a hotel, a cookery school, a gourmet restaurant, a wine-bar and four events rooms of different sizes for conferences and celebrations.
As part of the redesign, CANZLER handled overall technical planning, factoring in heritage requirements. Use and operation of the lighting scenarios, the a/c, and the sanitary facilities in the suites, lounges and spa zone were simplified – guests can now rely on automatic links and Touchscreen activation.
