Charité - University Hospital Berlin - Implementation Controlling
Implementation controlling to increase quality and profitability as well as implementation of a real estate management unit
Following the successful reassignment of all non-medical services, the newly founded service company Charité Facility Management (CFM) was able to start operations.
CANZLER was significantly involved in the development and implementation of the concept for CFM controlling, which ensured the economic efficiency and quality of CFM service provision.
For the realisation of this concept a Real Estate Management Unit (REM) was established, personnel capacities were created and processes were fine-tuned.
CANZLER accompanied the undisturbed transfer of the services into the organisational and process landscape of CFM by co-designing internal processes by creating process manuals, by working out the requirement profiles for the personnel, by instructing the employees of the REM-unit in the contract work as well as by operative support of the REM-unit by means of service controlling in the field of cleaning as well as patient and employee catering.
