Residential Amalienburgstraße

Planning, execution and construction management as well as buyer support for an upscale residential complex in the direct vicinity of Nymphenburg Palace Park
The Munich district of Obermenzing borders the Nymphenburg Palace Park to the south-east. An exclusive residential complex with a spacious garden area was built on Amalienburgstraße in the immediate vicinity of the park. The complex with a total of thirteen residential units is composed of two identical two-and-a-half-storey volumes that extend along the site boundary to the street and access road as an angled, mirror-symmetrical development. The ancillary and service rooms as well as the entrances are oriented towards the street as a protective spatial layer. The flats open to the south with private terraces, balconies, and loggias to the garden, which is sheltered behind the house. The staggered attics are designed as monopitch roofs and clad in black Eternit in contrast to the two-storey white base. Generous roof terraces provide additional private outdoor space here.
