Private Clinic Schloss Altenburg

Planning of the technical equipment for the conversion of a listed castle into a luxurious special clinic as well as for a new building as a rehabilitation centre with a swimming pool, fitness and SPA.
Altenburg Castle near Feldkirchen-Westerham was to be converted into a luxurious special clinic with hotel-like patient rooms. Hotel-like patient rooms were integrated into the listed building. In the new building, two operating theatres, another ward with 14 hotel-like patient rooms, a swimming pool with therapy, fitness and wellness area and its own gastronomy are planned. A hunting lodge also located on the property was converted into an administration building. CANZLER planned the technical equipment for the refurbishment, revitalisation, and new construction, considering the requirements of historic preservation in the existing building and the integration of the comprehensive medical technology including supply.
