"Mein Glockenbach" luxury residentials

In Munich's trendy Glockenbach district, an eight-storey residential building with 18 luxury condominiums was built on a two-storey underground car park with a fully automatic parking system for 33 cars. CANZLER planned the technical equipment and supervised the execution. Increased sound insulation of all technical system components in the living quarters was required. The eight-metre-high underground car park with fully automatic parking system for the 33 parking spaces had to be equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, whereby the optimal arrangement of the sprinkler heads in the moving vehicle platforms posed a challenge. In addition, creative solutions were required to integrate the buyer's wishes such as room cooling, wine room cooling and controlled living room ventilation.
