Planning and project supervision of the technical equipment for the new construction of an inner-city residential building in comfort standard
CANZLER planned the technical equipment and supervised the execution of the trades. Due to the inner-city location, it was necessary to relocate the underground car park to the 2nd and 3rd basement levels, which necessitated safety installations such as a safety stairwell with pressurised ventilation systems, a sprinkler system and a full-area fire alarm system. Due to sound regulations, the emergency power function had to be provided via a power pack. The flats received high-quality technical equipment with increased sound insulation requirements. The top floors were additionally cooled with concrete core activation.
