Kölbl Car Showroom

For the new building of the Kölbl car dealership in Unterschleißheim near Munich, the entire technology of the workshop, consisting of supply and disposal of oils and coolants, exhaust extraction and stage technology, was to be considered in a building services concept in addition to efficient heating. CANZLER planned a cost-effective and flexible heating system with a gas condensing boiler in combination with a photovoltaic system and radiant ceiling heating for the workshop. Due to the high fire load of the tyre warehouse, a non-self-contained foam fire extinguishing system was installed. In addition, the separation of recyclable materials and repair of accident vehicles was planned with the integration of workshop technology and exhaust extraction.
