Deutsche Telekom - Expansion Group House

General planning of tenant fit-out - conception, planning and execution during ongoing operations as well as project management of the conversion and fit-out work for the integration of a subsidiary in the Group's building
At Deutsche Telekom AG's corporate headquarters in Hamburg, new rental space was planned and implemented according to Deutsche Telekom Tech­ni­scher Service (DTTS) specifications. As general planner, CANZLER took over the contract from Deutsche Telekom and also provided project management services for the tenant fit-out at the Hamburg corporate headquarters. In the process, a modern workplace concept with high-quality IT equipment and supply security was implemented. The project management tasks included assessing requirements and coordinating with user representatives on the options for implementing special requirements in the existing building. The expansion was implemented during ongoing operations.
