Workplace concepts

The modern workplace is subject to constant change. In times of globalisation and digitalisation of the economy, the office market has become more complex and thus more incalculable. This is why companies are becoming increasingly flexible when renting office space, in order to keep the time spent tied to a property as short as possible. On the other hand, large organisations with many locations are placing ever greater emphasis on a high degree of recognition of the corporate identity in their premises, thus developing a corporate architecture. This enables them to offer their customers a consistently perceptible "user experience". This leads to strong change efforts on the part of the companies in order to offer their employees an optimal working environment and last but not least to survive in the "war for talents". CANZLER accompanies this internal change management process from the upstream analysis and consulting to the execution of the selected solutions.

Understanding and consulting approach

At the beginning of a collaboration, a comprehensive analysis of the processes is carried out in order to integrate user requirements and needs into the concept, taking into account the different interests of the user representatives. The aim is to develop a working environment and needs-based FM services that take into account the tension between long-term liabilities from ownership or tenancy and the short planning horizon of the users. In doing so, the strategic goals and requirements of the companies must be kept in mind in order to develop a coherent concept that is also robust against changes, so that a reaction to changing needs is possible.

Flexibility

CANZLER develops workplace solutions that react flexibly to possible changes. The design of the working environment and the associated expansion and relocation measures play an essential role in the change process of companies.  Acceptance and success of a new workplace concept therefore lie in the structured recording of requirements, the integration of users in the development and planning process as well as an active and transparent communication strategy.

Cooperation secures strategic advantage

CANZLER cooperates with aconsea, a consulting company specialized in the demand-oriented development of workplace concepts. Aconsea efficiently records the needs and requirements of the users by means of self-developed analysis tools and derives the suitable workplace concept and interior design.

CANZLER contributes its consulting competence in the field of corporate real estate and facility management and combines it with planning competence in architecture and building services engineering with several years of experience as general planner for office space extension services.
