ZOOM - office and commercial building
Development of an operator model incl. tendering and awarding of contracts, support of the commissioning and implementation as well as audit of the service provider
With the ZOOM project, a new project was developed on behalf of Pondus GmbH & Co. KG (Hines Immobilien GmbH), a six-storey building with retail and office space on an underground car park was created on a site at Joachimsthaler Straße 1-4 in Berlin.
CANZLER advised the client on the preparation and design of a modern facility management concept for the new building. The operator model was the basis for the subsequent tendering and award of the facility services, which was carried out by CANZLER. Furthermore CANZLER accompanied the commissioning and implementation and carried out quality audits after performance by the service provider.
