CANZLER was commissioned to develop a technical concept for the sanitary, heating, ventilation, high/low voltage current and building automation for an exclusive residential complex. The challenge was to harmonize the requirements of the High-Rise Guideline with the comfort standards for high-end residential construction. The buildings rely on remote heat. The warm water is supplied in the decentral residential stations in the apartments. Ventilation is via intake elements in the windows and outflow elements in the bathrooms and pantries. Security technology such as sprinklers in the underground carpark, fire alarm plant and pressurized ventilation for the security staircases and Fire Dept. elevators were also factored in.
