Overall concept for technical equipment- ensuring costs, quality and schedules are upheld during construction of a complex property
Directly on Hauptwache square in downtown Frankfurt: the new-build “Upperzeil” is being realized on the site of the former Zeilgalerie. To this end, the upper seven stories were torn down and the four basement levels gutted. CANZLER planned the entire technical equipment for the project. To create larger sales areas, the position of the utility shaft and ducts needed to be optimized. At the same time, the technical interfaces needed to be designed to expand the anchor tenant and supply the other independent store units. The cross-trade supervision and control during the construction phase and site supervision were likewise part of the services commissioned.
