Property planning service levels 1-8 for a representative office building
The new unIQus office building has been built directly next to the railway station in Bad Homburg – boasting an extraordinary appearance thanks to the highly unmistakable façade. In the historical ensemble at the former freight rail station the unIQus office building creates a representative working environment for the tenants.
CANZLER was contracted to provide the property planning in service levels 1-8. The building concept is adapted to the tenants’ personal wishes and requirements. A sustainable construction, ultra-modern technology and high-grade materials were factored into the planning as was LEED certification. Other outstanding characteristics include the greened inner courtyard and roof terraces as well as a cafeteria. An underground carpark provides 84 parking spaces. Metal panels form a wrap-around façade and by their staggered arrangement create a relief-like and highly diverse outer appearance.
