Trianon - Reduction of operating costs

Optimized leasing and marketing by reducing usage costs without loss of comfort and limiting usage times
On behalf of the owner, CANZLER examined, structured and optimised the entire operational management of the Trianon high-rise building and developed a new operating concept to reduce the utilisation costs. The focus was on the one hand on the analysis of the operational management and the technology of the property and on the other hand on the elimination of conceptual deficiencies in planning and execution as well as the reorganisation of the catering and security services. CANZLER was responsible for the new tendering and awarding of the technical building management and carried out continuous audits for TGM and IGM services. As a result of these measures, total operating costs were reduced by more than 20 percent. In addition, CANZLER provided annual support in the evaluation of operating costs, the allocation to the letting areas according to the polluter-pays principle and the preparation of operating cost accounts.
