Mülheim an der Ruhr
Town museum and music school
The planning of efficient, future-oriented supply and disposal concepts for the conversion of an historical building
Through conversion work and the addition of an extension, the former ophthalmic clinic in Mülheim an der Ruhr was turned into a municipal history museum and music school. The previous city archive, the music school, the municipal authorities, and clubs with an historical focus were brought together under one roof.
Taking far-reaching structural changes into account, CANZLER developed an efficient, future-oriented supply and disposal concept that is geared to the different uses. During the realization and after the commissioning, CANZLER provided advice on the compilation and analysis of the operating costs for the various rental and usage areas.
