Telefónica Germany - CAFM-System
Consulting and support for the system migration of E-Plus to the processes and CAFM systems of Telefónica Holding AG Germany
The integration of the telecommunications provider E-Plus into the Spanish Telefónica Group also necessitated an adjustment in CAFM IT across all properties.
CANZLER advised the group in the selection and implementation of a new CAFM-IT landscape and supported the group in the review of the existing tools and systems, the recording and review of the different processes and requirements and the writing of requirement specifications and concepts. During the implementation CANZLER led support in data migration and data recording, in training planning and was contact person regarding processes and requirements of the IT.
