Supporting the realignment of one of the largest telco service providers in Germany – by a tender and the award of about 20 services, developing a QM and KPI management model and putting in place a CAFM system
Canzler supported Telefónica in the course of its merger with E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH (E-Plus) in reorganizing the Real Estate & Workplace Management division. In the course of this, after identifying needs and harmonizing services, the innovative operating concept for the management level and the facility services for the building and work stations incl. the bonus system were devised. A comprehensive QM concept was developed for the management model. Moreover, as part of the project, a digitization model with an integrated CAFM solution was compiled and realized. About 20 different technical and infrastructural facility services at different service levels were tendered. They included postal services, cleaning, day-time cleaning, window cleaning, security, reception services, care of the greened areas indoors and outdoors, winter services and catering. A special focus was on the services in the areas surrounding the work stations and on the staff, visitors and customers in the shops. Canzler also provided ongoing support for realization of the new management model.
