Taunusturm

Together with Tishman-Speyer-Property-Ma­nage­ment, CANZLER developed the operating concept of the new Taunustower construction in Frankfurt. Particular support was provided by CANZLER in the framework of the continuation of the operating concept for the technical and infrastructural property management. Furthermore, CANZLER accompanied the entire process from the drafting of the tender specifications, the actual tender procedure and finally to the awarding. For the first time, CANZLER also included in the tender façade maintenance and inspection based on the comprehensive specifications of the RealFM maintenance guidelines, aiming at preserving functionality, prolonging warranty as well as assuming operating responsibilities.
