Student housing at the Wiener Straße

Embedded in an urban context, a student residence with furnished apartments was built at Wiener Straße 94-96 in Dresden. The spacious complex consists of four buildings, each with 4 floors. Two different types of student apartments were realized. CANZLER planned a simple but reliable technical equipment for the trades heating, ventilation and sanitary. The supply of the 4 buildings is done centrally. The hot water supply was carried out via apartment stations in the rental units. A simple ventilation system to maintain moisture protection was also part of the planning.
