Conceptual design, planning, tendering and site supervision of the refurbishment and renewal of fire protection equipment during operation
The main branch of the Mülheim an der Ruhr savings bank underwent a building and fire protection renovation.
As part of the refurbishment, CANZLER prepared the concept and the planning for the renewal of the technical equipment, including fire protection, accompanied the bidding and awarding of contracts, and supervised the execution. Fire dampers were renewed, safety lighting with decentralized safety lighting units was installed, and early fire detection via smoke detectors and alarming via sirens were provided. In addition, necessary fire protection measures had to be carried out on existing roads in some areas and the escape and rescue routes had to be adapted.
