Skylight - Real estate concepts

Development and planning of property concepts for optimal renting and marketing
The Skylight complex consists of a 7-story, comb-shaped office building with integrated computer center, businesses and an adjacent residential high-rise. When the main tenant, a globally active bank, moved out, new rental and marketing concepts were required for the property. CANZLER examined conversion of the office areas to render them suitable for multitenant occupancy and the re-conversion of tenant-specific fittings to enable flexible office uses. This included outlining efficient space usage for different office concepts, such as executive, multi-person and open-plan offices and combinations thereof. The results served as the basis for future rental contracts. Moreover, as the general planner CANZLER developed occupancy plans, visualizations and pre-concepts for construction, fit-out and technical equipment for specific enquiries from prospective tenants. This also included compiling building descriptions and cost frameworks for landlord and tenant-specific services.
