Siemens Technopark Audit Facility Services

Since 2000, Siemens Real Estate has been operating one of six industrial and technology parks in Mülheim an der Ruhr for internal and external tenants. The Siemens Technoparks offer tenants a complete infrastructure and a comprehensive range of services for all aspects of real estate. In the course of the audit CANZLER checked the services and cost structures of the external FM service provider for contract conformity. On this basis, optimisation proposals for the existing contract but also for future FM-contracts were developed. CANZLER then prepared recommendations for action to maintain the operator‘s responsibility, to simplify the reporting system, for performance controlling and to evaluate the contract contents. After the contract conversion, further audits were carried out to monitor the implementation of the new contract contents.
