Seniors‘ residence

The senior citizens‘ residence offers 98 apartments for assisted living on four floors. The apartments, which are modern from a nursing point of view, can be individually furnished by the tenants with their own furniture and have their own barrier-free sanitary facilities. CANZLER planned a simple but operationally reliable technical equipment using renewable energies, such as a pellet heating system and a simple ventilation system. The existing building, which is under a preservation order, was attached to the new building, whereby the half-timbered ceilings and the resulting fire protection requirements presented a major challenge during the renovation.
