Seniors‘ residence

The property of the new senior citizens‘ residence is located directly at the market in the city center of Weida. The 60 modern apartments can be individually furnished by the tenants with their own furniture and each has its own barrier-free sanitary facilities. CANZLER planned a simple but reliable technical equipment using renewable energies, such as a pellet heating system and a simple ventilation system. The existing listed building was attached to the new building, whereby the half-timbered ceilings and the resulting fire protection requirements posed a great challenge.
