"Residenzschloss"

Planning the technical facility management to optimize smooth construction operations
The historical “Residenzschloss” in Saxony, which has always been the cultural heart of the capital of Saxony, is almost 800 years old. Today, the castle is part of a museum complex of outstanding European importance, housing the world-famous Historische Grüne Gewölbe and the Neue Grüne Gewölbe, the Münzkabinett, the Kupferstich-Kabinett and the Türckische Cammer. The maintenance services for the technical plants were to be re-awarded to minimize costs and reduce the number of contractual partners. CANZLER was in charge of monitoring the technical plant requiring mandatory maintenance and compiled a list of existing plant in line with building laws and the Technical Audit Decree. Moreover, it evaluated and analyzed the costs on the basis of the existing contracts and devised a concept to bundle contracts in order to support cost forecasting. Moreover, CANZLER elaborated an operator concept and handled the tender for the re-award.
