Residential "In der Seewiese"

Two apartment buildings, each with 19 apartments, were built on an inner-city site in Mühlheim. The u-shaped floor plans are oriented towards the street and were indented at the front for the necessary parking spaces on the ground floor. Behind the houses, a generous green area with a lounge and play area was created, which can be used by the residents of the "Seewiese" as well as by the senior citizens‘ residential complex located on the adjacent property. All apartments have balconies or terraces, the apartments on the staggered floors have roof terraces. CANZLER provided the object planning for the two apartment buildings. During the execution planning the wish for a cost-effective execution of the 38 residential units was taken into account in order to realize affordable living space.
