Planning of the technical equipment for a high-quality residential complex with underground car park
The residential complex 'Lu-Westend Leben' was built on the almost 4,000 square meter site of the former headquarters of Kaiser-Friedrich-Quelle in Offenbach's Westend district. Situated between Wilhelminian villas and beautiful gardens, four individual houses with 74 spacious 1- to 5-room flats, each with terraces and balconies, were built on a shared underground car park. CANZLER provided the planning for the technical equipment of the mechanical trades in the work phases 1 to 8.
