Residential complex Jugendstilpark Haar

Detailed design for the construction of a new residential complex with multi-family houses and underground parking in the course of residential area development
In Haar near Munich, a residential area was to be developed on a former park area of a psychiatric clinic with a beautiful old tree population between scattered, listed houses. CANZLER was responsible for the implementation of the competition design in LPH 3-5, for the preparation of the subdivision plans of the 11 residential buildings with a total of 286 residential units, as well as for large common underground garages. Special attention was paid to the very carefully worked out facade design as a real clinker facing. The individual detailing of the entrance areas, the loggias with sliding glass elements, and the railings give the houses an overall very high-quality appearance. The base of the buildings facing the lower-lying, historic courtyards was also given a special design with its relief-like recesses. The modern floor plans of the bright and naturally lit apartments are practical and functional. Each residential unit has a private outdoor space. Galleries in the attic extend and complement the space on offer.
