On behalf of Lanber GmbH, the existing building was converted into a medical centre with an outpatient surgery centre and a new building was added. CANZLER‘s services include the development of a facility management concept to meet the tenants‘ and owners‘ requirements as well as the transfer of the operator‘s obligations to operate the property in conformity with the law and to maintain its value. The preparation of tender documents and assistance in the awarding of contracts for technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management services to a full-service provider with flexible design with variable performance call-off at economic conditions with high performance transparency and simple performance controlling as well as efficient reporting. CANZLER also accompanied the implementation and start-up phase.
