Portfolio Due Diligence office properties

CAll over Germany 72 office and commercial buildings with different uses, such as offices, commercial premises, retail outlets up to individual apartments, were to be assessed in the project of Generali Versicherung. To prepare the evaluation of the portfolio, CANZLER carried out extensive scans of the buildings and their technical equipment with regard to condition and functions, operational and stability safety, environmental and fire protection, energy saving, compliance with public law and operational requirements as well as the maintenance backlog of the technical equipment. All costs for short, medium and long-term maintenance and modernization measures were also determined and documented.
