Pollux - Tenant planning

General planning of a tenant fit-out with extensive requirements for supply security, IT planning and building security under tight time constraints

The Zurich Group Germany moved its 1,200 employees from the Frankfurt, Wiesbaden and Oberursel locations together in the new "Rhein-Main" head office in the Pollux high-rise building. CANZLER supported the owner of the property in the tenant fit-out for the Zürich Group in the floors 11th - 27th of the Pollux by preparing and negotiating the project basics, elaborated the demand planning and prepared the building specification including cost and time planning. As general planner for all structural and technical trades, CANZLER also controlled and supervised the specialist planning. In addition, extensive interfaces to the revitalization of the entire high-rise building, which was carried out in parallel, had to be coordinated. CANZLER took over the professional overall control of all deadlines and qualities.
