 Pollux

General planning for diverse tenant fit-outs, modernization and expansion of cafe, kitchen and canteen areas and realization of CAPEX modernization
After the exit of a large tenant and a change of ownership, the Pollux needed to be repositioned in the property market. Extensive maintenance and modernization measures followed to add value and drive marketing of the vacant areas. After conceptual work, usage was switched from a single-tenant to a multi-tenant system in consultation with the authorities and taking into account the status of the existing building and the current legal regulations. CANZLER advised the client in the specialist areas when preparing and realizing the project – as the general planner for the property planning and planning the technical equipment for the tenant fit-outs. Moreover, CANZLER handled modernization and expansion of the café, kitchen and canteen areas and the CAPEX modernization. During the realization, the tight schedule and budget targets as well as the quality standards the client set along with the needs of the office users who had already moved in were considered.
