Office building Fellnerstrasse

The office building is located north of the Bockenheimer Anlage near Frankfurt city centre. The four-storey existing building was completely gutted and a staggered storey was added. A two-storey extension at the rear was also included in the new utilisation concept. CANZLER planned modern and flexibly rentable office space with upscale equipment. The new mullion and transom façade with floor-to-ceiling glazing provides natural lighting and lends the office space generosity. An exclusive penthouse apartment with an all-round roof terrace was created under a projecting roof on the new staggered floor.
