Eschborn
Office building
Facade renewal, modernisation and asbestos removal in 4 construction phases as well as structural reorganisation with additional buildings
The office building from the seventies in Eschborn was in great need of renovation. To meet the requirements of thermal insulation, the facade was completely renewed. This, in conjunction with an innovative building services concept, made it possible to reduce energy requirements by up to 75%.
The structural reorganisation of the entrance area and the access axes facilitates orientation in the building. Two new structures in front of the south façade create additional space for the conference and casino area. Between them, the also newly created, light-flooded entrance hall forms an appropriate entrance to the revitalised building.
