New Athleticum building at Volkspark - Commissioning management coordination

The new Athleticum am Volkspark is located in the immediate vicinity of the Volksparkstadion. The competence centre for sports and exercise medicine is a joint project of the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE), Hamburger SV, Philips and CTP. As part of the commissioning management (IBM), CANZLER ensured structured process tracking for the scheduling and technical process. A commissioning/acceptance/handover concept (IAÜ) was set up within IBM. The technical processes for commissioning the technical systems, including all functional tests, are to be described in the IAÜ concept. It is an essential part of the IAÜ process and must be applied to each system group. CANZLER provided the following services for the project: 1.0 Basic evaluation: In the basic determination of the IBM, the objectives of the IBM were coordinated with all project participants, the IBM-relevant topics and documents were reviewed, IT tools and the data structure were defined, interface considerations were carried out and a trade relationship matrix was drawn up. This must then be expertly completed and updated. 2.0 IBM planning: In this phase, the topics prepared in the basic evaluation, such as the trade relationship matrix and the interfaces, were updated. In addition, plant directories were drawn up and a commissioning/acceptance/handover concept (IAÜ concept) was created.
