MEAG - International Audits

MEAG was looking for a capable and internationally experienced contractual partner to conduct performance audits for 30 residential and commercial properties in the USA (New York, Washington D.C., Toronto), Australia (Sydney) and Europe (Milan, Helsinki, London). In the course of the performance audits, CANZLER reviewed the execution quality of the contractually owed administrative and operational performance. In this context, compliance with the delegated operator responsibility and the safeguarding of the traffic safety obligation had to be ensured. The scope of services included random checks of documentation and reporting. In addition, audits of planning activities were to be carried out. The audits were carried out in several standardized steps. In addition to checking the documentation, the auditors also inspected the premises and drew up checklists.
