Main Triangel

The representative office building with its triangular footprint is located on Deutschherrnufer, directly on the Main riverside. It consists of the 15-story high-rise and the 7-story Forum, linked to form a single unit by a glass-covered inner courtyard. Inside the latter, there’s a world first: panorama TWIN elevators are in operation. CANZLER handled the re-tendering of the technical and infrastructure building management. After quantity surveying and identifying the requirements as per the tenants’ contracts, in close consultation with the buildings’ owner, CANZLER developed an operating concept. By switching the previous functional tender over to a list of services with unit prices the risk to the owner was reduced and costs cut by 30 percent. After assessing and evaluating the bids CANZLER supported negotiations with bidders and compiled recommended awards for the owner. After successful award, a list of contracted services and a business plan were compiled.
