Louvre Hotels Group – Portfolio TDD

To obtain an overview of its buildings and their condition and to draw up a maintenance plan for the next 10 years, the French Louvre Hotels Group commissioned the SOCOTEC Group to assess its European hotel properties in terms of their structural and technical condition as part of a technical due diligence. In collaboration with SOCOTEC France, CANZLER created the TDDs for all properties in a uniform and database-supported standard. Several interdisciplinary teams, consisting of architects and specialist engineers, documented and assessed the condition of the buildings, determined the repair costs for short, medium and long-term measures and summarised the results in standardised documentation. Significant defects or damage were communicated to the client in advance in a RED-FLAG report.
