Innovation Park

Not far from Frankfurt Airport, the framework plan for the Hattersheim Innovation Park was to be developed on a conveniently located site of over 70,000 m². In addition to the main office use, this also included areas for services such as hotel, kindergarten and local supply. Around the central campus with casino, central building and passageway, a corso forms the development of the five to six-storey administration buildings. The master plan can be implemented in several construction stages. The great variability of the floor plan solutions of the individual buildings and the possibility of linking them horizontally and vertically with each other allows for small-scale and large-scale rental areas.
