Housing area Luisenhof

An attractive residential quarter was to be developed on a plot of land in the centre of Offenbach within the framework of an expert appraisal procedure. The design includes the street-side block edge with a differentiated and urban development. Inside the block, the Luisenhof will be developed as a quiet oasis in the city. The courtyard will be accessed via two axes, along which 3 to 4-storey townhouses will be built. Between the individual groups of houses squares with different qualities of outside space and quality of stay will be provided. At the intersection of the axes the "Platz der Wasserspiele" will be created as a central place.
