Oberursel

Housing area Heidegarten

New construction of seven town villas and four townhouses
On an inner-city site in Oberursel, 11 apartment buildings with a total of 85 residential units were built. Four townhouses frame seven city villas as a dissolved perimeter block development along the streets Hohemarkstraße and Heidegraben. The complex develops along an L-shaped internal connection between Hohemarkstraße and Heidegraben. The houses are embedded in a green open space, the "Heidegarten". The volume of the new four-storey buildings is based on the surrounding development. All houses have an optimal south orientation. The apartments have terraces, balconies or roof terraces. Individually usable open spaces are assigned to all houses. Greened roofs, water-permeable development areas, a cistern and a combined heat and power plant ensure an ecologically balanced overall concept.
