Housing area Friedens­staße/Freilig­rath­straße

Two apartment buildings with a total of 15 apartments were built on an inner-city end site in Oberursel. The buildings are located between Friedens- and Freilig­rath­straße, which merge into Berliner Straße. Between the buildings, a green area has been created on the roof of the shared underground car park. Barrier-free access to the apartments is provided by a central staircase with elevator. The new buildings are heated by means of a gas condensing boiler with connected solar thermal energy. The solar collectors required for this are installed on the roof of a residential building.
