Housing area Freilig­rath­straße

On two sites close to the city centre along Freilig­rath­straße in Oberursel, eleven apartment buildings with a total of 90 residential units were built for OWG - Oberurseler Wohnungsgenossenschaft e.G. in a total of three construction phases. In the first two construction phases, a total of ten three-storey apartment buildings with staggered floors were built along the street, each on a common underground car park on each side of the street. The houses are either located on the street and have green spaces behind the house or are offset to the rear of the property with parking spaces in front of it. Underground they are connected to a continuous underground car park on each side of the street. Access to the residential units is barrier-free via one central staircase each. Two apartments are arranged per floor.
